Give meaning to work
OUEST ALU regularly organises site visits for its teams. It’s the ideal opportunity for each employee to see the impact of their work and to look ahead more easily. These visits are included in the in-house events calendar which lists all the bi-monthly events (Safety Day, mobility challenges, etc.) and allows teams to be fully involved in company life.
Support employees during difficult times
My role as an occupational social worker at WIBAIE is to listen, inform and advise in areas such as health, work, budgeting, housing and family matters. During periods of change or accidents in life, I support the company and its employees in preventing difficulties and finding concrete and lasting solutions. My aim is to promote autonomy, wellbeing and a work-life balance. This individual support is confidential and respects everyone's own choices and pace. This can take place on site, at home or remotely.

Provide a pleasant working environment
The LIEBOT Group regularly modernises and improves all of its factories: natural lighting, cleanliness, organisation, safety plan, height-adjustable desks, redesigned communal areas, plan to combat summer heat, communal areas, etc. K•LINE’s new head office also features a company restaurant (based on local, affordable cuisine), a gym, co-working and relaxation areas as well as a lecture hall. Factory break rooms (newly built or under refurbishment) are specially designed with comfort and aesthetics in mind.

Promote work-life balance
An agreement on the Quality of Life at Work and Professional Equality was signed by WIBAIE back in 2016. It solidifies the QVCT [living and working conditions] approach undertaken years ago and formalises the commitment made to placing wellbeing in the workplace and professional equality at the heart of our concerns. With a view to gathering the perceptions, needs and expectations of employees regarding their working lives, the company organises a major employee satisfaction survey every three years. The latest “Social Barometer” shows a sharp rise in the overall employee satisfaction index, with 88% of respondents saying they enjoy working at WIBAIE.
