Founded in 1984 by the Struth family following the purchase of a joinery workshop, PaX quickly adopted innovative production methods, becoming one of the first German companies to mass produce made-to-measure windows using an automated assembly line. Today, PaX has four sites manufacturing a wide range of PVC, wood and wood-aluminium windows and front doors. A key player on the German market and one of the top 10 manufacturers in the country, PaX joinery is renowned for its high level of safety and quality of finish, as well as for its network of 120 partner installers throughout Germany.

PaX developed the first range of certified security windows (PaXsecura) at its factory in Hermeskeil in 1995, making it an undisputed leader on the German market for anti-intrusion windows, largely thanks to its special patented components. Under the PaX Classic brand, the company is also the market leader in Germany for high-quality windows and front doors for older and listed buildings.

K•LINE has been operating in Spain since 1999. Initially made in France, its joinery products factory have been manufactured in its Parets del Vallès factory near Barcelona since 2009. At the end of 2026 a new 20,000 m² factory is due to be opened (13,000 m² on the ground floor + 7,000 m² on the first floor). As in France, K•LINE Espagne manufactures made-to-measure, 'ready-to-fit' aluminium joinery, which it sells exclusively to professional installers in Spain, Portugal and Andorra. As the precursor of 'ready-to-fit' windows in Spain, K•LINE has become the benchmark for aluminium in the Iberian Peninsula over the past 25 years, both for its quality of service and technological innovations.

Founded in 1997, and acquired by the LIEBOT Group in 2014, VETREX specialises in the manufacture of PVC joinery products and stands out for its premium positioning, high-quality service and exclusive availability for professional installers in Poland, Germany and Italy. VETREX has developed a large network of 114 franchise partners in Poland and, since 2019, its own range of premium PVC joinery products, 'LUM'UP', specifically developed for the LIEBOT Group in partnership with VEKA.

A PREMIUM POLISH BRAND FOCUSED ON HIGH-POTENTIAL MARKETS

In 2018, the LIEBOT Group decided to build a factory for steel front doors close to its VETREX factory and destined for all European markets. This new unit, called PKL (spanning 6,500 m² with 44 employees), produces customised premium steel doors for all companies within the LIEBOT Group.
