Continue to look after our employees even after they leave

The LIEBOT Group is not only concerned about the employees’ buying power while they are part of its teams, but also once they have retired. Therefore, we encourage them to build up a supplementary pension through a retirement savings plan with PERECOL. This plan is flexible, thanks to a system of employer contributions, enabling employees to transfer over their time savings account, or even their profit-sharing or incentive bonuses.

Offer a policy of attractive pay in all subsidiaries

Across our subsidiaries, we have a policy of fair global remuneration to consolidate the spending power of our teams: incentive premiums, value sharing premiums, general and individual pay rises, holiday premium. Regardless of job title, all LIEBOT Group employees are paid above the minimum wage.
WIBAIE and PaX, as do all companies in the Group (even those with fewer than 50 employees), also redistribute a share of their profits to their employees. These social benefits and competitive pay mean the group can offer a better quality of life to employees, encourage productivity, but also be able to attract new talent.
