Offer work arrangements at the end of someone’s career
Agreements between the LIEBOT Group and its older employees, which are regularly redefined, make it possible to keep experienced employees in employment and good health over the long term at companies with sometimes restrictive working hours and conditions. For example, we offer them the option of being paid for 35 hours out of 37.5 and to add the remaining 2.5 hours to a cumulative time savings account. In consultation with their managers, they can thus take regular additional days off. Similarly, they are able to extend their break times from 5 to 30 minutes, or we make it easier for them to take early retirement.
Ensure the sharing of know-how
WIBAIE, OUEST ALU, MéO and K•LINE are considering creating a ‘Day workshop’: this new event will take place on an occasional basis with older employees who are still working but towards the end of their career, so that they can share their experience with younger employees who have recently joined our companies. In addition to allowing older people to work until their retirement under better working hours adapted to their age, this workshop will allow them to pass on specific know-how about what we do.
